The Hunt for Cherry Blossoms!
Spring is here! Last week I took a trip to the Portland Japanese Garden in hopes of finding some great Cherry Blossom blooms. Unfortunately I think I was a little early to the game for peak blossoming BUT it was my first visit to the garden and I enjoyed it none-the-less!
The other flowers were just starting to bloom, too! I went deep into the macro world on this visit to catch all the little buds and flowers.
This waterfall was obviously the hot spot! I liked trying to fit this pointy rock into the compositions for some extra depth.
And then paths always make for some easy, interesting compositions!
